RECOMMENDED ACCOMMODATION

We have the following three recommendations in the proximity of the conference venue. Note that we have no agreement with these hotels.

1. Student dormitories of the University of Gdansk
   Standard dormitory rooms, single, double and triple room options (every pair of rooms share a bathroom), close to the conference venue.
   Price: 110-120 PLN/night for single room, 150-160 PLN/night for double room, and 180 PLN/night for triple room, to be paid upon arrival.

   Note that due to the start of the academic year, these rooms must be vacated on September 27 at 10.00 AM.
2. Stadion Leśny Sopot

   Conveniently located at 15mins walking distance from the conference venue, in a sports stadium
   Affordable price, standard hotel/apartment quality.
   Be quick with reservation, as rooms are selling out!
3. Focus Hotel Premium Sopot
   We are booking rooms for the invited speakers in this hotel, see https://www.focushotels.pl/focus-hotel-premium-sopot (also booking.com).
   More on the expensive side, within 5mins walking distance from the conference venue.
